  I don't have enough praise for these estate agents. All of the team from the start have been marvellous, particularly Dawn and Lisa who handled my house purchase.
  There was plenty of communication, to the point where I was speaking several times a day to them as they wouldn't hesitate to ring me if there were any hiccups. They went out of their way to help me when I hit a few bumps due to other circumstances and just wanted me to succeed at purchasing my first house.
  I felt comfortable talking with them as they treat you professionally, and yet I wouldn't hesitate to call them friends now.
  No question was left unanswered, if I was uncertain with other aspects of the purchase, Dawn/Lisa were there to help me understand better.
  This whole process could have been more stressful but thanks to these hardworking, kindhearted professionals, I am now a proud first time buyer.
  If I ever sell my house in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use Lex Allan & Grove. Thank you!
